We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, as it is in the heart of where you want to be. They offer wonderful hotel amenities such as a great room service, bike hire, and a beautiful pool. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay, making sure to answer any questions we had and assisting with anything we needed. The room amenities were also a highlight, from the air conditioning to the toiletries provided, everything we needed was available and top quality.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center via public transportation. Our room was stunningly appointed and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the American breakfast was a hit with our kids. the hotel had nice facilities such as a pool area, which the children loved.

Free parking and safe & secure parking on site in a garage. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent location on the outskirts of the city. Nice cocktails at the bar. Modern and well-designed rooms. Reasonable prices at the restaurant with a great terrace.
AC in the room not working properly. Inconvenience caused by a fire alarm going off at 3 am and guests standing outside in the rain for over 2 hours.

Convenient location near a supermarket. Spacious and comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities. Immaculate and well-equipped with a large TV and internet access. Enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi areas. Nearby shops and free parking for easy access to attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, providing us with all the necessary furniture and equipment. The hotel facilities were really good, particularly the spa area with a pool, sauna, and Hamam. We were pleased that it was not overcrowded, and we always had access to these facilities. The location was also convenient, not too far from the city center. We were able to easily reach the center by walking or taking a taxi.
For us, it was ideal.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings. The entire room was super clean and well-maintained. We especially loved having a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine in our room. The staff, especially Clemence Bent at the reception and Sara in the restaurant, were cute and helpful. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel itself is modern and new, with great amenities like a spa and parking. we had a wonderful experience at Citadines and would highly recommend it to others.
